Immerse yourself into the modern Thai-Australian fusion of flavours, created by the innovative chefs at Seaside Thai Gourmet. It’s one of the newest additions to Manly’s dining scene, offering traditional Thai dishes along with exciting combinations of flavours reflected throughout the unique menu.

The location is world-class, upstairs overlooking beautiful Manly Beach, providing impeccable views as you enjoy lunch or dinner. The renowned reputation of Thai hospitality is reflected in every aspect of Seaside Thai Gourmet. The stylish interior is immaculately curated to create a minimalistic dining experience and the staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter the door.

Begin your culinary journey with one of Seaside Thai Gourmet’s famous tacos, reflecting the Thai-Aussie influences that inspire this restaurant. Choose from a tender slow-cooked pork with avocado, Massaman beef with pickled cucumber or roasted vegetables and tofu. The combination of flavours really is something amazing, so it is definitely worth trying them all.

The main’s menu features traditional Thai favourites like Green Curry and Pad Thai, however it’s nothing like your local Thai restaurant. It’s the unique dishes at Seaside Thai Gourmet that really stand out, as they continue to invent delicious dishes that will have you returning for more.

The Salmon Hor Mok is a curation of Thai-Australian flavours and perfect for those health-conscious diners. A fillet of Tasmanian salmon, delicately slow-poached in a red curry sauce, wrapped in a banana lead which locks in the succulent flavours. The fresh salmon simply melts in your mouth and the banana leaf gives a hint of charring and buttery texture to the dish. Yum.

Beef dishes at Seaside Thai Gourmet are done right, offering organic beef ribs ‘done their way’.  They’re not your average Aussie rack of ribs, instead, they’re chunky, moist and full of flavour, drenched in their special tamarind-chilli sauce.

You’re only left with two choices for dessert, however each are light, tasty and the perfect way to end your meal. The lemongrass panna cotta has inspiration from an Aussie pavlova, although features the refreshing Thai flavour of lemongrass. The black sticky rice is infused with coconut milk and served with fresh mango cheeks. Slightly sweet, slightly salty and utter perfection.

From start to dessert you will not be disappointed at this special Thai restaurant that delivers a meal you won’t forget in a hurry.
