A state-of-the-art gym facility offering a range of classes and programs for children starting from 18 months, is on your doorstep. Manly Warringah Gymnastics is ready to keep your kids busy and engaged.

All Mums and Dads want the best for their children, searching for ways to keep them active, happy, healthy and safe - hoping they will grow up with the physical and mental strength needed to carry them through their lives.

One of the best ways to make this happen can be found with a visit to Manly Warringah Gymnastics, at 24 Middleton Road, in Cromer. The community owned and not-for-profit club, is one of the best elite gymnastics clubs around and provides an amazing range of programs for all ages.

Starting with their under fives program, children from just 18 months can begin a journey through the state-of-the-art facility playing on bouncing castles, bars, beams and trampolines with kids being encouraged to leap into the massive foam pit. Rumour also has it, there may be something for the mini ninjas soon!

Once children reach school age, there is a long list of programs for boys and girls that includes tumbling, trampoline and general gymnastics. There are also some new classes starting for rhythmic gymnastics and what is called performance gym. The club offers everything from jumping to swinging to spinning and flipping.

The ‘Rec’ activities go right through to high school and beyond. There are advanced groups in trampoline and tumble and what is really popular is the new Free G program, combining elements of parkour and free running with urban ‘tricking’ and more modern forms of gymnastics… If you are up to it, this is the chance to ‘release your freedom’.

Classes are fun and exciting with plenty of opportunity to move into the competitive side of the sport. MWGC has High Performance programs for Women’s and Men’s artistic gymnastics and the coaching team includes some of the best coaches from around the world.

The club’s programs are the result of 40 years of experience and are designed to challenge children, build confidence and help develop friendships. The team includes more than 40 coaches, who are all accredited in their sport and working with children certified. MWGC is also a centre of excellence for its work with the disabled.
