In the Southern Italian town of Napoli, pizza was born - but not as we know it. True Neapolitan pizza dough is risen for twelve hours and then quickly blistered in a wood-fired oven, creating a pizza that is softer and lighter than what most of the world knows. 

DeVita has brought the mouth-watering taste of Italy to the Northern Beaches, plating out speciality Neapolitan pizzas with perfect flavour combinations.

Their puffy, leopard-spotted, light-as-a-cloud crust hugs layers of sweet, local tomatoes topped off with divinely melted mozzarella. In order to follow the traditional Neapolitan practises, all equipment, ingredients and a few of the chefs have been imported from Napoli, including the wood-fired oven. 

Although DeVita specialisesin traditional pizzas, their pastas, pastries and desserts from the Neapolitan area bring the whole experience of Italian culture to the Northern Beaches.
