Here at Cunninghams we are certainly feeling a bit of heat in the market in the lead up to Spring, with a massive 44 sales in the last 4 weeks ranging in sale price from $600,000 - $6,420,000!

With such a bumper month, especially in the midst of Winter, we are very excited about what is to come for the annual Spring selling season.

As part of the 44 sales, we have seen a number of vendors testing the market initially with an off-market campaign. We have seen quite a number of successful sales achieved off-market with little or no marketing costs. With an extremely strong database of buyers ready to make their move, we have found that in a lot of cases, we do already know, or have contact with the buyer of a property before it is marketed.
