It’s Friday night and the young crew at I Love Pizza are busy prepping five more pizzas on the pass.

With a massive range of vibrant new flavours, South American influences and fresh-looking produce staring at you through the glass display, you’re not only spoilt for choice but the 12 meat pizzas on the menu alone are making my mouth tingle with excitement.

As I look down the list past the Chicken Asparagus and Bacon Pizza - ‘mmm’ - I hit the biggest list of vegetarian pizzas I have ever seen with seven in total. Great for my vego mates!

I stumble into the ILP Signature range: seven pizzas crafted in heaven. My choice is the Beef Truffle. I can’t go past the Wagyu beef, caramelised onion, mushrooms, bocconcini and mozzarella with truffle aioli. It’s a combination that’s hard to beat.

The place is buzzing with the sounds of phones ringing and orders spitting out of the delivery apps. It’s no wonder, as the brand name is the feeling you get.

The two brains behind the business are Thiago Ciria and Stefan Schaeren. They have created a sexy new way to do pizza. With four shops across Sydney and their own app to support your cravings, it’s time to up your game and get stuck into the sophisticated way to do pizza.

The Northern Beaches shops are located at Dee Why and Balgowlah, and the Monday to Wednesday specials are hard to beat – large pizzas across the range are only $16.
