Counting Down To Taste Of The Beaches
Bringing gourmet delights from some of the finest local cafes and restaurants in a spectacular scenic location on Pittwater, the countdown is on to the inaugural Taste of the Beaches on Sunday 27 August.
With entertainment from a great mix of performers, craft beers, boutique wines from Mudgee and a pop-up style vibe, this is an event not to be missed.
“Taste of the Beaches is an exciting part of the Northern Beaches social calendar and it’s a fantastic way to celebrate the end of winter,” said Northern Beaches General Manager Customer & Corporate Helen Lever.
Official tasting glasses will be sold for $5 and tokens will be $3 for each tasting.
Performers taking the stage include:
- Black Bird Hum – groovy roots, reggae and folk
- Gang of Brothers – “deeply funky”
- Kool Vibration – a combination of roots and reggae
Children will love the popular Flying Fox Park (yes, they can ride the flying fox), free face painting, arts and crafts, interactive stalls, a children’s puppet show, and much more.
A courtesy shuttle bus which will be on a constant loop from Winnererremy Bay to the Mona Vale bus stop on Pittwater Road will run throughout the day between 11.30am and 5pm.
