On every 25th day of April for more than 100 years, “ANZAC Day” has been nationally observed in Australia and New Zealand, remembering and honouring the servicemen and women who sacrificed their lives for our nations values and freedoms during the Firth World War.

Detailed below are the local services that are on this year:

The Corso Manly - Dawn Service
The Dawn Service of Remembrance will be held between 4.25am and 5.00am, followed by the ANZAC Day Commemoration and Wreath Laying Ceremony at 11.00am.

Brookvale Bus Depot
The Brookvale & Mona Vale State Transit Ex-Services Club will march from the corner of Old Pittwater Rd and Pittwater Rd, opposite Brookvale Public School, to the depot. A service will be held at 7:15am and a light breakfast will be served. 

Get on a free bus at the depot from 8.30am if you’re wanting to take part in the city march at 9am.

Dee Why RSL
Dee Why Beach
The service will commence at 5.30am at The Ted Jackson Reserve, Dee Why Beach. Parking - Limited parking is available at Dee Why Beach, Dee Why Grand, off Pacific Parade, Coles Dee Why, off Dee Why Parade and Howard Avenue carpark. Dee Why RSL will be offering a shuttle service to and from the Club for the elderly and injured.

Anzac Day Dawn Service, Manly Dam
Hosted by Northern Beaches Council and Manly Warringah War Memorial Park Remembrance Trust, the service will start  from 5:30am. The service will be followed by ANZAC biscuits, tea and coffee for a donation. Arrive early to allow time to walk to the venue. 

Harbord Diggers
The Anzac Morning Service will commence at 8am, followed by Sydney’s biggest 2Up from 12noon, with resident Ringmaster Matty ‘V’ Vandenbergh kicking off the action. The 2Up will be hosted in the club’s open air carpark adjacent to the new corona beer garden deck and lawn area with views out to Curl Curl Beach.

Oxford Falls Peace Park - Dawn Service
A daybreak service at Oxford Falls Peace Park, corner of Dreadnought Rd and Wakehurst Parkway Oxford Falls, starting at 6am.

Pittwater RSL
Beginning at 5.45am, Pittwater RSL Club Dawn service is to be again held at the cenotaph.
