Day 1 - Key Sun Zinke Pro Junior WSL JQS 1000

The surf’s up, the weather gods are weaving their magic and we’re ready for the VISSLA Sydney Surf Pro for 2019 to spread its wings from today.

Saturday marks the official start of competition with the Local Men’s and Women’s local trials kicking off proceedings, shortly followed by the Key Sun Zinke Pro Junior WSL JQS 1000 to wrap up the first day of competition.

Sunday starts on a lighter note, with a flock of inflatables set to make the treacherous journey from Shelley Beach to Manly Beach in support of ‘Tour De Cure’. It kicks of at 10:00 AM and the COVERED. team will be at the starting line with some awesome freebies! If you want to check out the race, our tip is to find a vantage point along the Manly to Shelley Beach walk.

Then, the Key Sun Zinke Pro Junior WSL JQS 1000 will continue seeing the grommets battle it out, before the Local Men’s and Womens WSL QS6000 Trial’s kick off, don’t forget to take a look at the Lifeline Surf Tag later on!
