Unsure about your future career or looking for a complete change from your current industry? Northern Beaches Community College (NBCC) is offering free Careers Advice Days as part of an overall campaign to support employability within the Northern Beaches community.
The Careers Advice Days are targeted to school leavers, people returning to the job market and people seeking a change in their job or career. The college is providing the opportunity for a one-on-one interview - by appointment - with the Careers Adviser at no cost.
Participants will be asked to complete a short questionnaire designed to guide the career discussion. This will not be a psychometric instrument. Discussion based on answers to the questionnaire will highlight:
· positive employability aspects;
· areas of interest to explore;
· learning avenues available through NBCC;
· learning avenues available through other pathways;
· general advice regarding seeking employment;
· where to seek specialist career advice.
