Opening with glistening guitars and vocals that simply shimmer, Sunrose are set to return with another piece of music to soundtrack these heady summer days with ‘Too High To Say Hello’. Set to be released January 18th, the band will launch the single in hometown Byron Bay. Starting their 2019 off on a buoyant, colourful note, the Byron Bay four piece navigate textured sounds and melodic weaves and turns on this new single - a strong addition to their ever growing body of work.

It’s already getting lots of love, so get keen, music fans;

“Love the different twists and turns you take and that variation in tempo throughout really kept me on this psychedelic journey - which I don’t think is an easy task particularly given the duration of the track. A solid debut offering!” Triple J, Bridget Hustwaite (‘Strange Behaviour’)

“The bright, woozy sounds of Byron Bay-based four-piece Sunrose can have a strange effect on your psyche - it feels as if though the world is rotating around you.” Happy Magazine

“Fun and sweaty-hot like the shakes, ‘Fever’ rocks, rollicks and rolls all over the joint, taking you on a journey of wasted and happy delirium.” Wild n Free TV (‘Fever’)

The single launch is on Saturday the 19th of January at The Northern, Byron Bay. Supported by Sophie Ozard + Peach Fur. Free Entry.
